Gail Lightle grew up in England where pubs were a way of life, but after leaving alcohol behind, she discovered the joy of kava, kombucha, and plant-based beverages as healthier ways to relax and connect. Inspired by this journey, she’s opening Keep It Local Café — a non-alcoholic bar by day and wine bar on weekends — to create a welcoming space for community, connection, and mindful sipping.
